About
Poetry in Motion blends impactful words with interpretive dance and music, sharing messages of sorrow, hope, healing, and peace, as dancer-poet Katie Bruckbauer of Fargo, North Dakota, narrates selections from her new poetry book, Time to Soar: Word Dances and Bird Songs for Every Season. Dances are choreographed and performed by Katie and Barb Wieland of Park Rapids, MN.
Anyone who has experienced hardship, grief, or loss of any kind will find solace in both the performance and the book. Anyone who delights in bird watching will be enlightened by the portrayal of what our feathered friends can teach us. And anyone who appreciates playful prose will be placated by the purposeful, polyphonic, and pithy poetry!
